Trying to keep warm at home from the so called weather bomb that is hitting the country at the moment. Luckily I live at the east of the country so we got any of the waves coming in and foam, according to a reporter at Blackpool. So I think I’m safe inside here, wait to see what’s it like in the morning.

A bit of a shocking fact in everyday life is that one in five high street stores do not have any disabled access whatsoever. Haven’t they even thought about this in their meetings or did they just talk about s###??? I’m here to support anyone so making these stores access to anyone would be number 1 on my list, except terrorist and giraffes and elephants LOL ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„

When me and Jamie were walking round a high street store in Nottingham, it had lifts and toilets which helped the disabled, more importantly it was clean and had plenty of variety in it. The only thing I would say is, try and put some eating places at lower levels, it’s a bit like one high store in Lincoln. You would have to walk the stairs right to the top for a coffee or a Burger King.

So what could we do to help high street stores being accessible to disabled. Plenty of lifts to use, not just one. A couple more toilet areas. Automatic doors and I would love to see some of those touch screen pads that let you buy stuff online if there haven’t got any of what you like in store. And have the screen facing you, not to the ceiling which would be annoying. Any more suggestions are welcome here ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ.

UK employees have been voting and the decision that the best company to work for is ………… Google. Google, now that is a bit of a surprise. What kind of roles do Google do anywhere, even on the junior roles? There must be the most relaxing company there is, apart from gaming companies.

Second place went to John Lewis which is a bigger surprise. I do think the one in Queensgate, Peterborough is nicely controlled and nothing seemed to get in the way at all. Third went to Microsoft, Accenture at number four with Jaguar, Land Rover at number five.

It is one of the things that would either you love it or you dread it, your job, your company etc… Every company is different in their own right. I personally think the Williams F1 team must have had a massive year with almost the right car, equality excellent and the power of Sarah Williams and Susie Wolf makes it my number 1 for me.

But don’t get too carried away, just don’t do this!! You have an important meeting, a select committee and you secretly have your iPad with you. You decide to hear this in your mind and decide to play a bit of Candy Crush. Everyone loves it, really!! But why play it in a meeting you trat!!!

The MP, Nigel Mills was being caught playing the game in that meeting and said it will never again. But some day, that whoever took the picture of the MP broke strict parliamentary rules. Who bloody well cares about them rules, he is caught and that makes my smile that little bit bigger ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ.

This is another situation of, I’m a MP, I can do whatever I bloody well like. Well, sort out the ยฃ1.4 trillion bill this country needs to pay, I know U.S. taxpayers have to have our share of it but that doesn’t mean you can spend our money on your duck house LOL ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„.

On a more positive note, the Grammy awards have been announced and the guy who is on cloud nine is a one certain, Sam Smith who is up for 6 nominations. Certainly one of my artist of the year and we all really like his album.

The six nominations are only matched by Beyoncรฉ and Pharrell Williams. Beyoncรฉ is a bit of a surprise but as she is as popular as Kate Middleton in America then good choice. Pharrell obviously has shot up to fame and has got the best selling single of the year with Happy ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ.

What I will do near the end of the year is I will put down my top ten songs of 2014 and say my reasons why. It has been a great year for music and with the help of various apps, it has brought a whole new rang of music that I like so this year will be the most intense decision yet.

What would you do to improve disabled access for high street stores? Do you like the company your working for? Do MP’s ever learn or are you addicted to Candy Crush? What is your favourite music this year?
