  1. I’m glad to hear that trying something different is bringing you so much satisfaction. It can be so hard to venture away from your typical eating habits! My 27-year-old son, who has autism, only eats a small range of foods, with lots of carbs and sugar. For his own health, I wish he would try different foods as well.

    1. It’s hard to venture out into brave new food worlds, you can only get trying to see if he does take the brave step but in his own time. It has helped me loads and getting used to cooking some great food 😃

      1. I think right now he is not very open to changes in his life, so I am trying not to push too much. I guess we all have to just reach the point of wanting to change in our own good time.
