It’s just another Manic Monday. Today at work, I had a scheduled appointment with Ms. Gillen Mendoza, Admin Assistant at the Department of Tourism for Tarlac Province to discuss about our Partnership Program Tie-up proposal. I was supposed to meet her at Tarlac Capitol but she informed me to see her at Museo De Tarlac.

By happy chance, Museo de Tarlac features Arts & Crafts Exhibit in line with Persons & Children with Special Needs. This is in commemoration for the Autism Consciousness Week. Exhibit started last February 1 until February 10, 2017.
Arts were made by the children of Amor Village in Anao, Tarlac.
