Power of positivity

Another of our new features on ‘This Week’ involves being more positive about ourselves. What I am doing this year is with the help of Pacifica, I write down all the positive things that have happened on the day and I will read them back at the end of the week. You can do the same, tell us what your positive moments of glory that have happened throughout the day or in the week and we will read them out on my next show. Let’s bring the power of positivity to everyone 😃

      1. My son has autism and vacations from school and routine are super-stressful for him. While others complained the holiday break wasn’t long enough, my family was celebrating the return to routine and sanity!! It was like a victory of sorts, just making it through the week, and my son was so happy to go back to school – my husband and I were definitely riding high on the positive vibes. 🙂

  1. Great idea David – how good it is to feel positive – I constantly strive to be positive, particularly in what I say which means I need to spend more time thinking about what I am about to say before I say it. This will be a great addition to your show.

  2. Yesterday I managed to spend one-on-one time with my daughter (5) then my son (3) and finished it off with a date night with hubby. Surprising what some alone time with each person can do to recharge your batteries and increase the love. I recently purchased A Sentence A Day mini journal and it spans over 3 years where you answer the same question on the same day for 3 years. The prompts are really helping me stay focused and positive. It’s what I really needed to kick start my year 🙂
