  1. Honestly, I can’t cook well but it doesn’t matter I could cook or not, my favourite meal is kebab and rice, I love it and really enjoy to have this meal every day 😉

  2. Fast and easy is high on my list. One of my favorite last-minute meals is simple egg noodles (cook in about 5 min), with italian sausage, red bell pepper, grated Parmesan with some chopped basil. While noodles are boiling, brown/crumble sausage til almost done, toss in pieces of red bell pepper to saute for a couple of minutes, add about 1/8 cup of the pasta water to combine flavors – drain and throw in the noodles with the cheese and basil. You wouldn’t believe how good this is and it only takes as long as the noodles need to boil. (From “The Chew” TV show, but couldn’t track down the link to the recipe.)

  3. I love cooking! One of my fave things to do are cutlets made of eggs n mushrooms. I like experimenting with new things, also I like baking, but I don’t have oven right now 😦
    Today I’ve made stuffed bologna in cake and a creme brulee as a dessert 🙂

  4. Macaroni and Cheese is always my favorite comfort food to make. Mainly because it’s such a simple food but by changing one detail you can make it so man different ways.

    Advice to make meals better- hm k would say practice obviously and just getting a lot of feedback from your audience on what they did like, what they didn’t like; being open to criticism is a big thing too that can help you learn what parts of your recipe to tweak a little bit next time

  5. I got a recipe many years ago from a local newspaper. I altered it a little. It consists of homemade salsa, steamed carrots and zucchini, noodles of your choice and feta cheese. You put the veggies over the cooked noodles, then the salsa on top and finally the feta on top of it. The flavors are so amazing.

    I follow a couple food blogs and one of them posts a weekly favorite list from other food blogs. I’ve been saving recipes to my computer, organizing them according to categories. It has really opened up my cooking even more. I’ve always loved using cookbooks as a starting point and then experimenting from there.

    Lately I’ve been playing with various marinades for chicken breasts and then eating the chicken hot or cut up in salad.

    Another easy thing is to take high quality ground beef, chopped up onions and bell peppers, and either A-1 sauce or last time I added honey and some soy sauce. I baked it for an hour in a 350 F oven. I think sliced and I’ve been breaking up a slice and heating it, then putting it on salad, with tomatoes, avocado, broken up tortilla chips, lettuce, etc. and dressing. You could also just eat it hot as is, or crumble for tacos.
