Iโ€™m sure many of you have watched the video above, posted by Ellen DeGeneres back in February 2016. It brought tears to my eyes as I watched this amazing story unfold (in fact, even as I write this blog post, Iโ€™m tearing up!). It was a beautiful moment of hope for all autistic individuals and for their families. Sam works at a Starbucks in Toronto. He has autism and to help him get through the day and focus, he dances. The video of him dancing went viral with over 1 million views and when Ellen DeGeneres heard about him, she brought him into her studio for an interview. Sam had been told he would not be employable because of his autism. But through a camp, Sam met Chris (his boss) who took a chance and gave him his dream job โ€“ to be a barista! Sam says ofโ€ฆ
